Mixed media "Fern" created from photo's, pages from her notebook,letter, game piece, and rosary piece.When I attended the Estate Sale I discovered she had lived in the house for 93 years. Never married and no children, at the end of her life all her material possessions were sold including her personal photo's. I purchased several knowing I would have to create a piece to honor her life in some way. A women I never met but some how I felt some connection to.
